Today, IT is a Unisys business partner, building innovative solutions to solve business problems instead of just running IT. In 2018, Unisys was a CIO 100 award recipient. Upinder Phanda will discuss the people, process, technology, and financial aspects of secure digital transformation and how he has changed the role of IT at Unisys.

However, in the face of a significant global talent crunch, organizations no longer rely primarily on acquiring these new skills. This session will also showcase The Hackett Institute’s Certified GBS Professionals, Certified Enterprise Analytics Professionals and continuous learning programs, including master classes in robotic process automation and working capital management.
