Erin Champlin leads the global services organization, which provides finance, HR, procurement, and data and analytics services across Johnson & Johnson worldwide. She is also responsible for the enterprise standards and productivity (ESP) effort designed to simplify and standardize the way work gets done. To date, through ESP, the company has realized $2 billion of reoccurring savings. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Erin held numerous positions at EMC Corporation, including leading their global business services organization and serving as the business unit chief information officer for multiple divisions. Erin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bryant University.
