Michael Polaha leads the development and execution of the global finance strategy on process, data and technology to deliver the capabilities required to meet business needs at Johnson & Johnson. Since joining the company in 2005, he has held several leadership positions in global finance and pharmaceutical group finance. Previously, Mike worked for KPMG/BearingPoint in SAP/financial services and as a controller for a medical device manufacturer. He has an MBA with a concentration in accounting and a BSF – both from Lehigh University. Mike is a certified management accountant, a certified cash manager, and has earned the project manager profession designation.
